The rooms could do with a little update but after from that they had everything in them. Haris the lovely gentleman on the check in desk was very helpful to me and my daughter friendly and polite.

I stayed at this Travelodge and was really happy with what I got for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick. For a budget hotel, it was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good, affordable place to stay!

One of the more tired Travelodges. Needs a bit spending on it. However, still clean and comfortable Made to feel very welcome at the reception by George

Avoid, the hotel carpark is used for dodgy dealings, the adjacent Toby shut at 8.00pm, and doesn't open for breakfast till 8.00am, to early for evening meal and too late for breakfast! The hotel staff were okay, but there was lots of noise from other rooms all night.

Not the best Travelodge.
However the staff are amazing, the manager was great.

Situated in a good location with an attached Toby Carvery. Entrance to Travel lodge is problematical if you have mobility issues as it's located at the bottom of a hill which is slippy when wet and has limited disabled parking available. You get what you pay for, basic and relatively clean unless you look at the mattresses under the protectors which are stained. Complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. Quiet at night and a lovely view of trees from the window. Seemed to be a little wildlife spot and we were even lucky enough to see a red deer in the wooded area at the bottom of the car park. Good hotel for a night or two.

We stayed here as we were up in West Yorkshire for a family event. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely George, he was so helpful and friendly, told us exactly where to find our room and accommodated our request even before we asked it!! He was so helpful throughout our entire stay and after I will never forget his undivided service and attention, we had so many great chats!!
The rooms were great, clean and beds and pillows are comfy. The hotel itself is a walkable distance to the town part of Keighley where all the cafes, restaurants and shops are however there is a Toby Carvery attached to the hotel which is convenient!! We stayed in a family room that had a king size bed and two single beds

A good Travelodge located less than half a mile from the train station and nearest supermarket. It is right next door to a Toby Carvery and has plenty of parking. The rooms were dated but clean. Walls/ceilings a little thin so conversation etc from
Other rooms can be a bit annoying. Overall though very positive stay and definitely a hotel I would use again!

This Travelodge was ideally located, for my needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. However it had seen better days and the bathroom could do with a decent refurbishment.

Haris on the reception was a great member of staff and went above and beyond helping to get our WiFi connection issue resolved. It was also great having the Toby Carvery restaurant directly next door. Free parking a nice addition. Hotel was basic and quite dated but very clean, warm and comfortable. Ideally positioned for Keighley Town Centre, Train Station and Bus Station. Leeds Bradford Airport not that far away either. Would definitely return.

Hotel was good for price, Clean big roo.s and staff very attentive to our needs.
Shame the food has gone down hill at the Toby Cavery next door as breakfast was terrible, service was terrible staff were ok, Except breakfastchef who was rude and shouldn'tbeworking in hospitality ( young male). And bar closed at 9pm on a Friday!
Went to weatherspoons 2nd day excellent breakfast and service xx

Travelodge Keighley - Thursday 8th Feb 2024
This was the day of the awful snow storm in Keighley, West Yorkshire, Cross Hills, Cowling, Laneshawbridge, and other parts of Lancashire.
I would like to thank the staff member, Bronte, for accommodating me and letting me book a room using her phone on the very same evening at 7pm. I was very distressed, seeing that all of my village was in complete darkness and had a power outage, due to the terrible blizzard. She not only helped me with extra duvets and heaters, but also suggested that I go and get a hot meal next door as they were closing early.
I believe that Bronte truly went above and beyond her role, and I am very grateful for the kindness shown, and the quick thinking on her part, in such a terrible situation.
